Crossora is a tracking tool, not advice

Crossora counts the days you spend in each country and shows them against published rules. It is a tracking tool, not tax, immigration or legal advice. Rules change and depend on your circumstances, so check the official guidance or speak to a qualified adviser before making decisions.

This applies to everything on the site, including the calculators and rule pages. Each rule page links to the official source it is based on and shows when we last checked it. The official source always takes priority over anything on this site.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We'll email you when early access is available and send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email. Early access places may be limited, so joining doesn't guarantee access. How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy policy.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, or copy its content in bulk (for example by scraping). You're welcome to link to any page.

Our content

The text, rule pages, calculators, design and the Crossora name and logo belong to Townsend Technical Solutions Ltd or are used with permission. You can share links and short quotes with credit, please don't republish our content as your own.

Links to other sites

We link to official government sources and occasionally other sites. We're not responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on the site (see "Crossora is a tracking tool, not advice"), or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms as Crossora develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep any protections your local law gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Terms of use

Last updated: [date published]

These terms apply when you use crossora.co.uk, including the waitlist and the free calculators. By using the site you agree to them.
